These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of clearhead.in and the coaching and counselling services provided by Vaibhav Jain through Clearhead ("Clearhead," "we," "us"). By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or booking a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
Nature of services — this is not therapy
Clearhead provides coaching and counselling services for working professionals. This is an important distinction, and we ask you to read this section carefully.
Coaching and counselling at Clearhead are not a substitute for clinical mental health care. Our services are not therapy, psychiatry, psychology, or any form of licensed mental health treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or claim to treat any mental health condition — including but not limited to clinical depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, eating disorders, or substance use disorders.
If you are experiencing or suspect you may be experiencing a clinical mental health condition, or if you have been referred to a therapist or psychiatrist by a medical professional, Clearhead is not the appropriate service for you. Please consult a licensed psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, or qualified mental health professional.
Our services are designed for individuals who are fundamentally well but want a confidential, professional space to think through decisions, process experiences, navigate career and identity questions, or simply be heard without judgment. Vaibhav Jain is an ICF PCC (Professional Certified Coach) certified by the International Coaching Federation and a trained counsellor — not a licensed therapist or medical practitioner.
No guarantees of outcome. Coaching and counselling are collaborative processes. While many clients experience meaningful clarity and positive shifts, we do not and cannot guarantee any specific result, outcome, or resolution. Your willingness to engage openly in the process is a significant factor in its effectiveness.
Booking and scheduling
Sessions are booked through Cal.com, our scheduling platform. By booking a session, you agree to attend at the scheduled time or provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule.
Rescheduling: sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session are treated as a used session — no makeup session will be offered.
No-shows: if you do not attend a scheduled session and have not provided prior notice, the session is considered used and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Late arrivals: if you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The remaining time will not be extended or carried over.
Payment terms
All payments are processed through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and acknowledge that Clearhead does not store your payment card or bank details.
Packages are paid in full at the start or in two equal instalments (50% upfront and 50% at the midway point of your package), as described on the Sessions page. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Refund policy
All sales are final. Clearhead operates a no-refund policy.
Once payment has been made for a coaching or counselling package, no refunds will be issued — whether for unused sessions, change of mind, dissatisfaction with the process, scheduling conflicts, or any other reason. This policy exists because coaching requires commitment from both sides, and the space, preparation, and time are reserved specifically for you once you book.
The one exception: cancellations made before the second session is completed will be refunded in full. After the second session, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
Pausing: all packages may be paused once for up to 30 days. To pause, notify us before your next scheduled session. Pausing does not entitle you to a refund for unused sessions.
User responsibilities
By using clearhead.in and our services, you agree to the following:

You will not record, transcribe, or share the content of your sessions without Vaibhav Jain's explicit written consent.
