The list you've been quietly carrying.

A few honest questions about the things you'd say yes to, if you said yes.

Before you start —

This isn’t a quiz with a score. It’s a few slow, honest questions about the things you’d quietly hoped for and somehow haven’t done.

You’ll pick up to three of them. Then for each, you’ll answer three short things — how long it’s been with you, what’s actually stopping you, and where you sit with it right now.

There are no wrong answers. The whole point is to say a few things out loud, even if just to yourself, for the first time in a while. You can stop at any point.

Of these, which are quietly on your list? Pick up to three.

Pick at least one (up to three).

If sitting with this with someone would be useful

Not all of these answers need to be talked about. Some will. There’s usually a difference between the quiet items and the loud ones — and you probably noticed which is which while answering.

If having one of these conversations with someone whose job is to listen properly (not to advise, not to fix) would be useful, here’s a short screening question to see if this kind of work is the right fit for you.

Or: leave this open. Some of these answers will keep talking to you over the next few days. That’s often the point.
